Privacy policy
The short, honest version: we run cookieless product analytics to improve Epsilon, we never sell personal data, and your funds never touch our servers.
What we collect
- Usage analytics. We use PostHog to understand how the product is used (pages viewed, features clicked, errors hit). It runs cookieless, so there is no tracking cookie and no consent banner. You can opt out of analytics at any time in the app settings.
- Account data. If you sign in with an email, passkey, or social account, authentication is handled by Privy. We see the identifier you sign in with and the wallet addresses linked to your account.
- Error reports. When something breaks, we collect technical error details (browser, chain, the failing request) so we can fix it.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or share personal data with advertisers.
- We don't custody funds. Epsilon is self-custodial: assets stay in wallets only you control.
- We don't track you across other websites.
On-chain data
Trades and orders settle on Robinhood Chain, a public blockchain. Wallet addresses and transactions are public by nature and outside our control — that's true of every on-chain application.
Service providers
We rely on a small set of infrastructure providers to run Epsilon: Privy (authentication and embedded wallets), PostHog (analytics), error monitoring, and blockchain RPC providers. Each receives only the data needed to provide its service.
